Are Refubly products reliable?

Absolutely. Every device passes strict quality control, including hardware diagnostics, software resets, and cosmetic checks. Plus, each comes with a warranty to secure your purchase.

How long is the warranty?

We offer a 1-year standard warranty for all products. Some high-demand items may have a 6-month warranty—but extended coverage is available if you'd like additional protection.

What are my return options?

If you're not satisfied, you can return your item within 14 days—as long as it's still in its original condition with all packaging and accessories. Reach out to our support team to start the return process.

Are there any return fees?

In most cases—no. Standard returns are free if the issue is on us. However, returns due to buyer's remorse may be subject to a small restocking fee and shipping charges.

Do you offer a buyback or trade-in program?

Yes! We provide a flexible buyback program. Trade in your Refubly device in good condition (with original packaging) and earn back a portion of your purchase, based on its age and condition.
