Delivery is free and usually takes 5–7 business days depending on your location. You get a tracking link by email as soon as the courier collects your parcel.
We accept credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking and popular wallets through our secure payment partner Razorpay, and cards through Stripe.
After your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email and SMS with a tracking number. You can also track your order from My Account section.
You can return any device within 7 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method. Contact our support team to start a return; the refund is processed within 5–7 business days after the device is received and checked. Every device also carries a 12-month warranty.
